Alhena’s agentic AI is moving from novelty to expectation. Fully capable agentic AIs — able to handle conversational order management directly inside a shopping cart — are capturing far more merchant interest than simple LLM chatbots. Mid-market retailers and B2B catalog sites are starting to ask their developers about it, and most independent platform developers don’t yet have an answer ready. I’ve built the answer: an open-source module package for Magento 2.4.x, a working pilot deployment, and Alhena’s recognition as an Implementation Partner. What I need is one or two peers to scale it across your client base, not mine.
Hands-on with your platform — module development, theme overrides, API integration, deployment. Not agency owners looking to subcontract; working technicians.
You currently maintain or extend sites for one or more clients. The relationship is yours and stays yours. You decide which clients fit and when to introduce.
Schedule a call via email or SMS. Pacific through Eastern work fine. Significant overseas offsets make phone collaboration impractical for this arrangement.
If your practice serves Spanish-speaking clients in the U.S., Mexico, or Latin America, that’s a plus.
Per-engagement agreement with a clear split. You bill the client; I invoice you for my share. No middleman, no client confusion, no conflict with your existing rates.
Open-source modules that wire Alhena AI into the catalog, customer context, and order flow. Turn-key for the technical layer; the implementation effort is in training and configuration.
FAQ mapping, persona configuration, knowledge base architecture, and prompt patterns — everything learned from the pilot, documented.
Alhena’s partner ecosystem is still emerging. Coming in now lets you add AI commerce agents to your service menu before the field gets crowded.
Scheduled via email or SMS. Phone only — no video. We compare notes on your client base, where Alhena fits, and whether the chemistry works.
Mutual NDA. I walk you through the modules, the pilot deployment, and the training playbook.
You select a willing client. We scope, agree the split in writing, and deliver one engagement together.
After one or two together, you’ll be able to lead deployments. The split adjusts as your contribution grows.
No. The client relationship stays with you. I work as your subcontractor on each engagement — the client may know I’m involved, but the contract, the invoicing, and the ongoing relationship are yours. I won’t solicit your clients during or after the engagement.
Per engagement, in writing, before work starts. The default starting point is roughly 60/40 in favor of whoever leads the project — early on that’s usually me on the AI layer; later it shifts toward you as you take more of the implementation. We agree the number for each project; I don’t expect a standing contract.
The client owns the deployment on their site. The modules are open-source under their license. The training data and configuration belong to the client. I retain rights to the playbook, the prompt patterns, and any improvements to the modules — you get to use them on every engagement we share.
No. The first engagement is the training. By the time we finish a deployment together, you’ll know enough to lead the next one. There’s no certification gate — competence is demonstrated by working deployments.
No. North American time zones (Pacific through Eastern) work well for phone collaboration. Hawaii, Alaska, and significant overseas offsets make scheduling impractical for this arrangement.
Independent contractor on each engagement. No W-2, no equity, no exclusivity. You keep your existing clients and other engagements. Each project is a separate written agreement.
We part cleanly. The client gets a working deployment, you get paid for your work, I get paid for mine, and there’s no further obligation. The point of starting with one engagement is to find out — cheaply — whether we’re a fit.
